Diane Sanders and Michael Wade merged their consulting practices in 1994 to form Sanders & Wade Consulting Inc. So, which one's which you ask?

Michael Wade
Prior to becoming a consultant in 1984, Michael S. Wade served as the EEO Administrator for the City of Phoenix and as the Command Equal Opportunity Officer for the United States Army Criminal Investigation Command in Washington, DC. Michael holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona College of Law. He is also a graduate of the Ethics Corps Program of the Josephson Institute of Ethics in California and of the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute in Florida. He is the author of two books. The most recent is Leadership's Adversary: Winning the War between Leadership and Management. A popular instructor, Michael has trained executives and supervisors in 48 states and Puerto Rico.

Diane Sanders
Diane Gaffney Sanders possesses both national and international human resources experience. While Vice President of Human Resources for Ramada International Hotels and Resorts, she directed recruitment, training, compensation and benefits policies in the company's European, Asia-Pacific and North American Regions. She has managed equal opportunity programs, investigated discrimination complaints and directed employee relations and communications. Diane began her consulting practice in 1992. She has served on the Boards of Directors of the Phoenix Urban League and Arizona Alliance for Business and on the City of Phoenix Civil Service Board.

Beth Paytas
Beth Paytas joined Sanders & Wade in 2001 as Consultant & Project Manager. She has an extensive background in business management, analysis, finance and customer service. Beth’s consulting practice focuses on the development of EEO/Affirmative Action Programs, EEO reporting and AAP implementation. She is a member of the Arizona Affirmative Action Association. Beth is also an artist who brings a creative perspective to our work.
